About your teacher...
I’m Kim, your French teacher! Born and raised in France, my language journey began in 2012 when I moved to Indonesia to teach English—a language I also consider a mother tongue and mainly used to communicate with my family abroad. Over the next decade, I expanded my teaching to include French while living in Europe (Portugal, Romania, Spain) and discovered the most effective strategies for learning languages.
My passion for teaching led me to start working on online platforms in 2017, launching "Prof-Kim" in 2020, and later creating Oui Can French in 2024.
As I explored how French was being taught, I encountered many free resources like apps, YouTube videos, and ebooks. However, I often found the abundance of information to be overwhelming and poorly organized.
